About Us at C&M Acres!

C&M Acres is located in central Iowa.  While we are located very close the main I-35 and I-80 interstate corridors crossing the state, we are located in a very rural setting.  Our farm is located on 20 + acres. The farm is owned and operated by Christian and Michelle Davies.  Come visit us and experience the lifestyle that is working and living with alpacas.    We have just recently become involved in the alpaca experience.  We are in the process of modifying part of the farm to meet the needs of our alpacas.  We are expecting seven crias in our first summer so continue to check back to our site to see our new additions as the spring and summer progress.   Our plan is to create a comfortable farm for the alpacas that is also visitor friendly.  Our goal is to breed and raise quality alpacas while improving the fiber of the next generations.  Our focus is fiber in black and grey.  Education is key to interested people and we hope to help many people in: -         learning just what an alpaca is -         learning what it requires to take care of alpacas -         help people make the decision on whether raising alpacas is right for them -         continue to educate the population on the wonders of alpaca fleece.     We offer:         -animals for sales                 -Females                 -Herd sires                 -Maidens – as our herd develops                 -Pet quality –as our herd develops         -agisting (boarding)         -breeding to our herd sires         -fiber         -transportation         -farm set-up assistance
